Why should The moderators or administrators Promote you A Master? and how can we trust you with The Rank I Think should be a Master because I was in the community for Quite a whle I have 300 Reputation 900 Posts. I have been trusted by a lot of Users like Oldcphelper I do think he should be A moderator. I pm some new users saying welcome or old users that are quitting I say ''another person must move on goodbye my Yes that is what I say

My personal opinion is you need to work on your grammar a bit more (good grammar is required), but you are on the right track!
