Hello, I'm Skippy. Since oldcp has shut down I can nit be a in game mod. So I would try to be a fourms mod. 
About Skippy.
I'm 12 but I do not use my real age because it is not safe. I love to sing. I was a oldcp banker before oldcp got shut down.
Why I would like this job?
Well I would like to earn this job to help others. Helping is something from the heart. I love welcoming others to the fourms. Right now in my heart I'm feeling something that I never felt before. And it would be great if I can show others what I can do and I am more then just a human. I am more then a penguin. I am faimly to DSGHQ orders. This is my home.
Experience.
I have been a oldcp banker. It showed me many things! Like better grammar,Treat others nicely, Have fun but do your job! Banker was great! But mod will take a while to earn. I have many mod friends on oldcp and a couple on fourms I know they will help me if I ever needed help! So thanks to them I'm making this!
My grammar?
I do not have perfect grammar, I do still try I'm not really good at school maybe that's why.
Abuse my powers?
I would never abuse my powers! If I would you may punish me what's in your mind you can do.
Will you help others?
Of course! Helping others is a big thing in mod. And I would love to help others more then I do now.
Will I hurt others?
No. I would like to treat others how I would like to be threaten. It's very rude to do that. It even hurts me when I see someone else sad. Fight the power for sadness by smiling!
I'm very sorry if this is short! Please tell me what I can do to add more detail. Nest application coming up might be Master! Keep an eye out for that! As always Keep skipping on!
