Hey guys! So lately there was a LOT of bullying. I have some tips on how to deal with a bully and how to not become a bully. Anyone can become a bully. Some of these tips are ones that you already know, but some may not be. But first let's start with this.
Tip 1: If you feel angry, drink a few sips of cold water.
Tip 2: If you want to punch someone, punch a pillow instead.
Tip 3: If you feel like screaming at someone, just go outside, and scream: I AM SO HAPPY!!
Tip 4: Eat. EAT ALL THE STUFF YOU LOVE. Like pie, bacon, tacos, etc. Haven't you ever heard that saying? Eat your feelings
Tip 5: Just explain to a person you trust what happened and what you can do about it.
Tip 6: Just talk to the person who is making you angry. Explain how you feel and ways you can solve the problem.
Tip 7: (This is a random one) Chew gum when you want to bite someone.
These are ways YOU can't be a bully.
Tip 2: Tell an adult.
Tip 3: Hang out with a bunch of your friends. Bullies won't usually try to hurt you when you're with a bunch of your friends.
Tip 4: Tell them to stop. If they don't stop, say STOP RIGHT NOW If they still don't stop: Say it as loud as you can, so people will hear you . When people look at you, they'll look at the bully instead. So you're kind of defeating the bully with embarrassment.
Tip 5: Strike the bully back with his own insults.
Tip 6: Reverse psychology. If the bully says something like "YOU'RE UGLY" say, "Thank you look pretty too"

You should add that you can do reverse psychology. That's when someone says something like this:
Bully: Your ugly!
Me: Thank you! You look pretty today too!
Bully: ...
Bully: Your ugly!
Me: Thank you! You look pretty today too!
Bully: ...
