Greetings Forum Users! I am Bailey, and I am applying to be a part of the Penguin Watch.
Old CP Userame: Bailey
Age: 13
Experience: I have not been a part of the Penguin Watch before, but I have acquired other impressive ranks on Old CP, such as PSA Agent back in v6, In-game Moderator twice, one as Chucker321 in March and the other as Bailey in May, Knight in the end of April/beginning of May, and apparently Detective sometime this month.

1) Once a brother, always a brother. You can never leave the PW once you are employed.
2) Always undercover. A brother of the PW must never reveal their abilities to others. If their cover is blown, they will be sentenced to death and may never gain a rank again.
3) Captains of the PW can reveal their position in the Penguin Watch, but undercover brothers must never ask for this promotion.
4) Online 3 times per week, 10 minutes each. A brother of the PW must commit to the minimum online time. If this is betrayed their rank will be stolen.
5) Penguin Watch members at times of distress on Old CP, perhaps a crisis to do with the Crime Office, will be entrusted with a firearm. Firearm rules apply to these members.
6) Fight against bullies, you do not need to judge according to the individual rules like moderators, you can kick a bully if you think they are being mean.
Reasons to Be Employed: I think, no, I know I am up for the high responsibility of this rank because I am excellent at solving problems and I will be fully committed to this job once receiving it. Luckily, I will not be able to be online much which will be an advantage to being able to limit my time online so I do not expose my rank and/or powers to the community. In matters of distress, I will not stop, I will not rest until a case is solved or something in particular is unraveled and finished until the very end. I believe I have matured over the past year I have been a part of Old CP, so having a rank will not be much of a problem considering I have held several ranks in the past.
