Personally I am not quite sure on how you fully obtain lord. I believe you must be highly active,trusted, and worthy. I don't believe you can make an application, but I do suggest speaking with Damen perhaps he can explain the steps fully as I can't. Thanks for the question though, have a fantastic day.
