Well, to become part of the staff, you must earn the position. For example, to become a Moderator, you must show that you are able to take the responsibilities. Here are some quick, simple tips on how you could try to earn the position:

1. Always follow the rules!
2. Respect the current staff
3. Try to help others when they need it
4. Be kind to others

There are more possible ways, but these are the main things you should know.

Ok, this is how:
1. Respect everyone including staff.
2. Do not ask for credits
3. Your reputation has to be high.
4.You have to be active, what I mean by active is
by coming on for 3-4 times a week and stay on for 1-2 hours. This way, mods and admins will notify you.
5. You have to be recommended.
(Note: Do not tell people that you got recommended or that you saw YOURSELF or you and someone else doing something nice and post it on the forums or send it to an admin or mod.Trust me,
it aint good! I think I got IP banned because of that!)

Hello there, Well to obtain mod or admin you have to work hard towards it. I will list the rules down below. Warning-This will take a long time but you might become mod not saying you will. Here are the step's.
1) Don't use any bad language. (This will show Damen Or Cyber that you can follow the simple rule of not swearing.)
2) Don't spam or scam.
3) Don't hack any user's.
4) Respect everyone even the staff, (meaning treat everyone the way you treat your self)
5) Obey all staff member's (Don't talk back to any of them in a nagative way)
6) Don't threat any user's or staff.
7) Don't even try tricking the rule's.
8. Show new user's around the island. (Tell them all the rule's)
9) Don't bully anyone this includes cyber bullying, Judging other's and etc.
10) Know your fact's don't ever tell user's the wrong information. (always use correct answers)
11) Don't ask for mod earn it the hard way.
12) Don't ever ask for credit's this will show you are trying to earn thing's
13) Don't ever tell lie's (meaning tell the truth never give wrong information)
14) Follow all the rule's (this shows Damen or Cyber that you can be responsible for your action's)
15) Never ever send negative Pm or private messages to any user's or (STAFF)
