Well, I believe I should get this rank because as my experience is listed above, I believe I have the required experience (if not more), I'm active everyday 2 hours, if not maybe more which is I believe a good required of minutes playing everyday. I won't abuse or overuse any powers. I have crime solving as a skill, but I make ideas before posting my theories, so I guess 'I think outside the box.' I think I have decent grammar, so it will be easy for others to understand me. I won't be super strict, but I will be average.
