Hello there, I'm Sadie a user that loves to help other's. To get credit's you have to earn them by being kind and grateful to staff and user's also by winning credit compositions. Now to get a signature simply scroll up and you will see your name click that then click edit profile, then your going to copy the (URL LINK) of the picture and put it between these 
this is what it will look like so that's how you get a signature. Here are the rule's I will list them down below.
1) Don't use any bad language.
2) Don't spam or scam.
3) Don't hack any user's.
4) Respect everyone even the staff, (meaning treat everyone the way you treat your self)
5) Obey all staff member's (Don't talk back to any of them in a nagative way)
6) Don't threat any user's or staff.
7) Don't even try tricking the rule's.
Don't bully anyone this includes cyber bullying, Judging other's and etc.
9) Know your fact's don't ever tell user's the wrong information. (always use correct answers)
10) Don't ask for mod earn it the hard way.
11) Don't ever ask for credit's this will show you are trying to earn thing's

Welcome to OldCP!
To get credits, either get a job on OldCP, win contests, or you can keep posting on forums to get to the 50 post check mark, and since you're a rookie, you message a mod and ask them if you can become a member so you can get your credits.
To get a signature, scroll up to this page, and at the top right corner where your name is, click it. Then click edit my profile, and the box right under "change your signature", is where you write your signature.
And the rules are located at the top of the page right next to "community index". If you need anymore help, you can ask me, or any fellow penguin.
