Different /jr?

Why is it that if you type in capital letters in the /jr that you go to a different one? I wanted to meet my friend at /jr frozo and I think he typed in /JR FROZO and I didn't see him at the /jr. Can you fix it?

no offence but I don't understand really I get about the jr and the caps but when I do caps it dosent work It always says this jr dosent exist or something

I read like 5 times. Now I understand. He means he wants to meet his friend at jr froze but his friend typed in caps. When he went to jr froze, he wasn't there. He thinks he went somewhere else. I did this once, but then it said 'This jr doesn't exist' so like yea. It can be fixed.
