To get coins, there are multiple commands. The one I use is /ac (amount of coins). And to customize your penguin, you can either use /addall to get all clothing from a certain period from 2005 - 2006 I believe, but you can also get your own clothing.
By using /newcp (feet, head, hand, neck, face, color) (id of item/color) you can have most any clothing option + color. To find the ids, you can look some up on Google or go to cpitems.com to find ids. Good luck!
