dsgHQ Order Sentencing Process
Treason
This is the highest of offences against the Order. People who commit treason are immediately sent to the Emperor's court for judgement. The Emperor then decides the fortune of the offender. The most popular fortune of treason offenders is execution.
Formal Execution
When a user is sentenced to execution by the Regal Court, they are sent to a private gathering which witness the execution and issue the sentence. The words are spoken by the High Lord, or Emperor himself, and then the executioner at hand destroys the user.
The Final Words
When the execution is held, the high Lord or Emperor delivers the words to the criminal before their death. At this point the player is unable to leave the game, any attempt made will not be successful as the user will remain in their state.
Here are the words spoken:
"In the Name of Emperor (Regent) [Emperor Name Here]",
"Lord of the DSGHQ and Leader of [Game Name Here], I sentence you to death."
The player then speaks their final words and the executioner carries out the execution.
Informal Execution
The executioner is sent by one of authority and executes the betrayer without them formerly knowing. This is popularly known as assassination or legal murder. Informal executions always follow with a later announcement in court. If the user was shot unlawfully, the abuser will be charged with treason.
Yield of the Emperor
User's lucky to receive the Emperor's pardon for Treason will be stripped of all titles and allowed to continue playing. If the player commits this crime again, their most likely result would be formal
execution.
