Ever since I joined OldCP and the DSGHQ, I always observed the mod comps. To me, it was a great way to learn about OldCP. After watching lots of teams win such as Wizards, Freehawks, Nerds etc. I realized one thing: They all co-operated. When I first started a team, which was called 'Agents' back in v6-7, it was an okay team. At that time, I couldn't get users to join so I asked my sister. It was a small but half decent team. After failing with that team and watching many failures of my team, I wanted to forge a good team. So I kept this in my mind, Quality not quantity. I asked most of the most successful mod comp players to help in my team which include Nintendo and Bailey. I also asked some of my trusted friends like Bp28. After I realized I had smart people in my team, I started hiring some okay players. When I first started this team, I made strict guidelines, like the sitting posture. I wanted my team to obey, because without that, my team would fall apart. When the mod comp first started, my co-leaders and members were indeed very attentive. They would listen, because they knew the drill. When my team was like this, I gained trust in them. I pushed them beyond their limits, said one million boring speeches, until I surely knew they were ready.

My first mod comp team was the agents... I had no idea you lead it.
