Today I'm going to talk about a serious thing and it's not related
To Snaildom in any form.

Death....

What is the true meaning of "death?"
Is it the world shutting down, going to afterlife, or nothing.
No one is too sure.
I heard people (who are Christians) that you go to heaven.
I am a Christian. Of course, I do believe that. But I want to know if that's true.
The reason why I wanted to talk about this topic is because
Recently, a sixth grader @ my school died last night.
Even though I don't know this particular person, it's still devastating.
I... Experienced that pain before. I'll tell you a personal story
On Janurary of 2014, I had to travel to Mexico because one of my aunt was
Sick. She was at the hospital in coma. She couldn't wake up or breathe on her own. So they
Had to use a tube on her nose.
On Feb. 1, 2014, my parents visited my aunt from the hospital.
I wanted to join but my mom didn't want me to get scared so I stayed home with my little cousin
During that night, my cousin & I were talking about my aunt and how we believed in her.
The next morning, I went back to the house and saw my relatives hugging each other
I panicked, and rushed inside the house. I told my aunt's husband in Spanish, "What Happened..."
He replied, "She's gone.."
I broke down in tears and so everyone else.
Feb. 2nd was the worst pain day of my life.
She was too young too die. Just to clear this up, she DID NOT had cancer. She had something else, but it's too complicated to explain.

What I'm trying to tell you is that some people will be scared of death, like me.
You will NEVER know when it's gonna happen. It will be unexpected.
So I want you to reflect for a minute and say "thank you" for being alive.
Be thankful that you live in this world.
EVERYONE loves you.
Live your life the best you can. Enjoy every second of your life.
Turn that frown upside down and be positive.
I agree with the LOGO YOLO. It's true. You Only Live Once.

I believe that 6th grader didn't deserve to die. He had a long way to go.
It's sadder if a person dies at a young age than older age.
My aunt died in her 30's which totally broke my heart.
All my grandma's and grandpa's are gone in heaven with my aunt.
Thank You God for the Life You've Given To Me.

Magnificent post![/color} Very detailed, I understood the topic, you got what you were trying to say across and you got the message to everybody. A master can't make a post like this. Anyway, I agree, people take their lives for granted, and are fortunate they get to live until they are 70-90. My uncle died when he was ten, his name was Connor, my name is Conor, named after him, and I am ten.

Yes death is a very tragic thing in life. I had to deal with a relative with cancer before, but I don't want to get into that. Death is a very hard thing to cope with. I have though. Anyways, this is the kind of post that I can tell you put your heart in it.

Harry, no 10 year old expresses themselves the way that you do. I would think that you're in your 30's or 40's.

I'm actually 14 and I care about this topic. This is why I wrote it in the first place. Harry is not in his 30's or 40's, like what the heck... That's so ridiculous.

Recently lost someone too, so sorry for your loss.

Before I get into this, allow me to inform you that saying "EVERYONE loves you" is unfortunately incorrect. I know that there sure as hell are people that hate me, and people show it everywhere including here. There are plenty that love me, but not EVERYONE. The same goes for others. And, death is something that you should not fear. If you believe you're going to Heaven, a much better place, what exactly is there to fear about being taken away from a harmful world and going to a peaceful place with no serial killers, bullies, anything like that. And don't be afraid about when it happens. Whether it happens tonight in your sleep, or it happens ten years from now, five decades from now, a year, it's going to happen. And, if you believe you go to Heaven and spent eternity with Jesus Christ, "YOLO" is not true. You live in the harms of the earth once, yes. But, you rise again, just like Jesus supposedly did, and you live again, forever.

i have to say she cant be live on a next world but when i died i can go bak to earth after years she has a cancer

You couldn't believe this but I, too, am a christian. After everything I've done; either I'm a good example of God's mercy or a hypocrite. The choice is yours to assume. Anyway, losing a friend is tough. As is losing a family member. I have experienced both too many times. You'll be alright, and so will they. Now was your aunt saved? Cuz the child's gonna be with God; He is just like that. But what is important is if your aunt was saved.
