Hello! I have been noticing that White out and Blizzard are not working. So I was trying to figure out the problem but couldn't!? Please, if you are having the same problem PM me and let's try solving this problem.

 Yes, it might be updating but I've been waiting for 2 days and it's annoying me. But after the update Mateo said that there might be a Halloween Party. So can't wait!
