So i found a bug,The bug is someone has like say 200 posts and then 100 rep,There still a rookie! I have proof look: Weird right? If this isnt a glitch or a bug please tell me what it is!!!! Please fix it :(

They might have got banned.
When you get un banned,
It automatically makes you a rookie.

But i checked the person posts and they hadn't broke the rules so how could they get banned?
