I knew many people saying 'suspensed?!' I was informed by sir Gamer, with Damen's account was suspensed, we don't know how he got suspensed, and the game needs his account to run, so, the solution is:
Wait Damen's suspension expires.

That's Not a bug and Everybody is not suspended from snaildom.com the site got suspended the account that controls it got suspended so then when that account gets suspended Damen's Account to run the site may have got suspended in some way

and u cant make a new account because if u search it, it will still say account suspended
