As you noticed, /jr healinglabs has frozen ice crystals. Somehow, that froze the book! Take a look.
So now, when you try healing, this pops-up.
This explains why the healing didn't work. We need to warm up the healing labs or when we probably need our healers, the healers may not be able to help (besides Dancebear).

i think the book is not frozen. it was like that when oldcp was shut down nice guess tho

I just recently tried to become a healer and I am successful, I used the book too.
I also did it a few times after too so, maybe it was before the fire was placed in thrones.

The book was blue before, but I agree it is a little odd when you try and say /heal And the weird thing it says about my hands... +1
