Herobrine is bad/evil! Really bad. I know he's a miner and he's Swedish. And, truthfully, Herobrine is not in Minecraft! Herobrine is Notch's dead brother, somehow embedded into Minecraft. While this is the "canon", this is also completely false in reality, as Notch has no brother! Herobrine shows a lot of characteristics of being a form of virus, such as manipulating game worlds, deleting threads and sending messages through the Minecraft Forums. Herobrine can also sometimes be seen holding tools, such as pickaxes. But usually, his hands are empty.

This is all I know about Herobrine. :3

Herobrine is a myth but hes a real myth he was in 1.6 in-tell Notch banned him :)

Herobrine is a 4j worker trolling you on xbox but in pc and the rest he is a huge virus

Second Mojang 4J, HeroBrine was removed of the game, but nobody is totaly sure, maybe Microsoft will confirm it, there't the Herobrine mod, he only use diamond tools.
