Skylar, you spammed the whistle and the bell, so I don't know why you made this post. The arrest was fair, too many people were complaining about headaches and what not, and I gave you several warnings to stop, but you kept doing it. Spamming those two items gets annoying.

Spamming can annoy people in Oldcp by making too much noise, but at chat it's more the spamming. Because in a chat there's spamming noises, words and flooding, if you didn't know then check the rules. Besides if it bothers you the noise when other people do it, then why do it yourself?

Well, there's no proof that it made you auto-wave. Besides, if it made you auto-wave, just go to another room OR even remove the bell from your hand.
