Hello!
Today Nook had made a deal with the crimezone. He would have Glarthir healed by Dancebear, and in return, make BAKON's account an Ice Child. To do this, Nook took Dancebear's backup to be made an Ice Child first to heal Glarthir. Did it work? Nah.
Nook was murdered by Baptiste, otherwise known as "kemlin24". For Toby's point of view, he was trying to prevent Nook from doing something that could either harm us or the Ice Ghosts.
