It is probably a glitch and if you were to be Ip banned you would not be able to come on again.

I still cant log on its a IP ban and like I said I made a new account and it said the same thing

OldCp aint no virus. Just block your antivirus
You cannot block your antivirus, you can stop it.
And you're giving bad advice because if she stops her antivirus (if she even has it) a bunch of over viruses could get to her computer.
