Hello penguins! I have found the exact real color codes of the forum ranks.

Moderator is 00C3FF.
Master is just bold.
Others are just plain colors, like Administrators are just plain red, News Reporters are just plain green, Banned are just plain gray with crossed lines, Members are just plain black and Rookies are just plain black.
