Hacked or Glitch

I do not know if I was hacked, or if this is a glitch, 3 times it has randomly said: Logging off, you might be logged on a different computer?! I don't want to be hacked, has anyone else had this problem?

I sometimes had something saying " You may have 2 computers, you are automatically being logged off" but I log back in. And no, i do not want to be hacked.i hav a great account here.

This happened to everyone. When I tried to re-login, it said at the bottom no users were online.
