Gwin was at the petshop and decided to walk to the mineshack he probably wanted to get a view of the island he was standing on the mineshack roof theres a pipe heres an image:
so he climbed up and he looked a view of the island then a man with a gun probably creeped behind him and then shot him then gwin probably fell down then blood came out! This could be the image of the murderer 
cus he has a gun he probably ran away then gwin burried then died gone the crime solved i think?

It says in the clues that there were no broken bones or damaged organs. He cant of been shot. -Archie

No I don't think this happened because there were no wounds on the body.
