My 1st Try At Solving Case 2

Hello fellow penguins! I believe I have cracked case #2!
Here are my clues and I will tell you who I think it is at the end:
1. The penguin with the arrow above his head in this picture looks strange as he is looking towards Gwin kind of, and he has the mysterious outfit, and, his username is hid so no one can know his username: http://i.imgur.com/Ifie3t5.png
2. The murderer was jealous of Gwin having the rare, red, viking helmet so he set Gwin up to claim the viking hat and leave Gwin dead in the snow.
3. In the picture, sheep123 looks like he's running away.
Conclusion: I'm pretty sure the mysterious penguin in the picture I showed you is the murderer, he was jealous Gwin had the red viking helmet and set Gwin up. Here's how I think he set Gwin up:
While Gwin was off and about buying puffle food, the penguin with no name in the photo broke into her igloo and took her puffle to the mine, leaving tracks. When Gwin returns home, she looks out the window to see her puffle is on top of the mine shack! When Gwin got there, the penguin with no name in the photo injected Gwin with deadly poison, causing Gwin to faint (As Pieguy said). Then Gwin falls into the snow, then the penguin with no name in the photo kicked the puffle of the mine, and purposely breaking the wooden beams to make it look like that Gwin commit suicide, then when Gwin is now dead, the murderer takes the hat and claims it for himself.
So, I think the penguin with no name in this photo: http://i.imgur.com/Ifie3t5.png did it purposely because he was jealous of Gwin's rare, red, viking helmet.
