Anyway.. the people who do know.. I have found the culprit
Sniffing into the Coffee shop i see a penguin called "Chopper" he wears the EXACT costume as the killer look:

Similar Right? Obviously he is the culprit
Evidence: Check
Culprit: Chopper

This is completely out of line with the evidence, Derrick's notepad HAS Gwin's signature in, Derrick is the main suspect. Stop diverting from this truth. 'Chopper' is just an attention seeker as he is nowhere in the evidence.
