Hey,

Many people in this world seek to gain power for personal gain and to improve their life. That leads to bad leaders and dictatorship. Those in power should seek to help those without it. Help others and improve life overall for everyone, not just yourself.

For example... when trying to earn a rank on the DSGHQ do it for the sake of helping others and/or helping Damen improve the community. I do as much work as I can, not for a promotion or recognition, but so this community can reach its full potential and I can leave one day knowing I did all in my ability to help it grow.
