I believe we have quite a reasonable case for what happened at the plaza with the quote on the ground. The quote was written into the snow and said "2 5 men with 24 teeth each stood on a chair with 11 legs and one by one they stepped off until none was left."

#1: There was a stick near the quote. Perhaps they wrote this quote using the stick.
#2: Foot prints on the top of the pet shop. The pet shop is locked, they must of broken into it and locked it up to prevent people from getting into it. This could be their base.
#3: Until none was left; perhaps this could mean that none will be left, they could be killing people or causing harm
#4: 11 legs. There's to be said to have 25 men, but how can they have 11 legs? It isnt the men that have 11 legs, but 3 chairs that were stacked, one must of been missing a leg. The used this stack of chairs to get onto the petshop.


UPDATE: Puffles are missing, as detective Hashir stated. These criminals must have taken the puffles!


UPDATE: The pizza parlor has many chairs and it's probably true that they keep extras in storage. These chairs are wooden, so what if the criminals used these chairs in the crime?




CRIME SCENE:





What happened:
A crew of 25 men took 3 chairs from the pizza parlor storage and broke off a leg off one of the chairs. Then, they used this leg to write a message into the snow and left the leg at the plaza. Then, using the 3 chairs, they stacked them up to form a stack of chairs, with 11 legs in total, 4, 4, and 3. Then, they climbed these chairs up into the pet shop where they left footprints. They broke into the pet shop window and stole some of the puffles and goods, then exited. It's said to be Rover and his crew who did this and it could be quite possible that they used the submarine found at the iceberg to get away.

It all makes sense. That was some hard work.

Hmmm it could be a base but what footprints?

Not sure if the submarine has always been gone, but it is missing now. Perhaps rover took the submarine and went away?
