There are many videos on Herobrine on YouTube. But, my question is, who is he? What is he about?

He could be anyone. But the top theory is that he's Notch's dead brother. Microsoft, 4J Studios, and Mojang left us on a cliffhanger.

Some people photo-shop Herobrine into a Minecraft picture to make other people think they saw him.

Herobrine is a mysterious "creature" that we will still be searching for.
