I think I have solved the Plaza riddle.
The 11 legs MIGHT mean 11:00 or November the 11th month.
25 may mean :25 or November 25th.
24=24 hours in a day.
I think 11/15 at 11:25/11:24 is the day Rover wishes to kill me.
