Hey guys, I think I found some evidence. Normally, when you click the surf board at the cove, It does nothing.
But, When I went there I noticed There was a crack, And when I clicked it it fell over! Here's some proof.
Heres what happens when I click it.
This might have been there before, But see the green thing? To me it looks like sombody could have faked his death! Or have been murdered.
Also, This wasent here.

I'm playing OldCP now, I went to Cove and I saw that surf had a crack. Then it falls.
