....is NOT allowed. Damen made a post before and I'm guessing some people forgot about it. You may not post in a DISCUSSION a report if you have evidence. The proof goes straight to a mod. Showing proof of cussing is like cussing, so if you have evidence of something, MAIL A MODERATOR.

I get what you mean.
Yes, you should mail to a moderator and yes, if your a rookie basically just get a friend who's a Member to send it to a moderator!
Although it was not reporting anything inappropiate, I cannot remember his name but he got SafetyAgent to mail me the link to his Wikia. As the person who made their wikia was a rookie.
