How do I find out why my daughter's penguin was banned? She, of course, did nothing wrong ... but I would like to hear that from an unbiased source!

Hello, Mutha. It could have either been a glitch, or she did something bad that you are unaware of. Try logging in again because I have been glitch banned before. I tried logging on again, and eventually it worked. She might have lost connection and you are both misinterpreting it as a ban. If you cannot resolve this problem, please contact one of our friendly moderators.

Thank you for replying! She said she was banned. But I will try again, and I wondered if maybe the ban was temporary and would be OK tomorrow.

We'll hope for a glitch! :)

I attempted to PM the moderator she said banned her but I am not sure it worked. We shall see!

I don't doubt she did something but she honestly doesn't seem to know what that something was!

I am glad you understand. Us Moderators should always have a reason whenever we ban a user. And the PM message did not work, for rookies cannot send mail. Only Member+ can. Also, what is the name of the account that got banned, and which Mod are you looking for?

She said Hailey but I only saw a Bailey on the list of moderators - that was my error then. Thanks again for the help.

Ah. I did not ban her, but apparently she may have been banned for cloning accounts. She had like 10 accounts on at the same time. When I can, I will unban the account. But if she is banned again, we may not unban her.
