It is also against the rules to go against an ipban. This guy has been ipbanned a lot of times but he's still coming on. He now has a hacked name so no one can ban him -.-

Yes, and he keeps disliking my posts to try to lower my rep. I am going to PM damen tomorrow. I tried really hard to earn those reputation and really hard to be a Mod. I am not going to let him ruin me.
