Even if she did break the rules, there's no reason to call her "annoying." If she saw this, it would hurt her feelings. Try to report people in a nicer manner, such as the example below.
You did report her, and I applaud you for that but not calling users names, even when they break the rules, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

BruhtheBruh, I do think this report is in a very rude matter. You should not make a report, and call the user annoying. As Abigail said, what if the user saw this? It would hurt his/her feelings!
I also give credit to you for speaking up. You're not holding it in, you're going to tell the staff that Girl14 was rude/mean, and was speaking with foul language.
Also, please report this in a calmly matter, next time.

It is good you are speaking up, that is the correct thing to do. However, I believe if Gril14 saw this she would think this post is very offending to her. But speaking up is the correct thing to do, like I said before. So if you need any help, questions, or advice, don't hesitate to tell me, or one of our friendly Staff members!

Second of all, please don't make a report in all caps. Like we should all know, typing in caps makes it seem like you're yelling.
Third of all, we need photo proof or witnesses of this action. If you don't have any proof, there's nothing we can really do about your situation.
