Courage is just a word.
But it can do many things.
Weather you think you are strong,
or weather you think you are a little kid,
You will always have courage.
We are given courage
Although we may not use it,
We have it with us
although we may think it has left us.
Once things get tough
you may not realize it, but courage is what is helping you stay strong
Courage keeps you going.
If someone you love passes away,
Courage is helping you move on.
If you get hurt, and you cry for a long time and stop, it doesn't mean you are a cry baby, it means you have courage to stop and just keep going.
You have courage. Stay strong and look forward to the future. Don't regret the past.

What that means is, if you go up to make a speech in front of so many people, it takes courage. But, when it is time to listen to some other persons speech it also takes courage. That last part may not make sense, but it does. It means, maybe someone you dislike goes to do a speech.
Courage is helping you hold back all the mean things you would love to say. Courage is helping you sit down and listen to that persons speech.
