What accounts are "banned"

If it is Forums, it is a glitch. Try relogging in, because it shows up as a Rookie for me.

If it is an Oldcp issue, please provide when you were last online, and what Moderators were online, and if you got into any fight with another user.

and what do u mean by accounts banned Skittles4me on oldcp was not banned I was hacked on dsghq

you can't get banned for no reason, mods don't ban people without evidence they did sonething bad, if this was a glitch then you could log in probably now or something.

its either a glitch or someone banned the account cause of reason
talk to the mod that banned ur account and maybe she/he will help
