He has talked about many bad things, he called me nazi and loser!

Sherlock has good times and sometimes bad times. Hes a very complicated guy so we just have to deal with it.

I respect the opinion you have stated and I am not opposing your speech in any way. However, Sherlock should have not been rude to other people since they were mean, because two wrongs don't make a right. He would have been fine if he hadn't had such a vulgar reaction to those people that hated him. Myself included, I would like to apologize to Sherlock and his childish actions, since I know there was a time where I was just like him. It's just that Sherlock would've had a better chance of being unbanned had he not been so obscene towards us when we disagreed or belittled him.

I do see a bit of hypocrisy here. And some users did bully him too.
I think we should be nice to him, even if he been mean to us.

So why does everyone think that Sherlock being banned is like some gold medal?

I totally AGREE!!! Nobody is perfect. Being Perfect is boring.

We all given sherlock way to many chances to prove himself good. Every time he says sorry, he always goes back to calling people names and bullying. This is why sherlock is banned. Just way to many reasons.

I any way or manor did I mean to act like Sherlock; most of the OldCp and staff inferred I was in fact Sherlock, however this is assumption was erroneous. The community may have thought I was Sherlock, I think the reason the players thought this was, because I have a large vocabulary and I must have been acting like him.

I'm pretty sure anyone out in the real world wouldn't be nice to someone who has been constantly being verbally attacked at even when they tried to become friends.

Yoyo, I respect your opinion, but I have my own side of the story and I'm pretty sure other's stories are pretty similar.

Let me start when this all happened. He has been rude for a long time, but before lot's of people were overboard. I felt bad for him, so I stuck up for him (see http://forums.damenspike.com/view/?id=28611 ). When I did this, he started being nice. He was a cool guy for only a few days. Then he started being jealous of me and made rude posts against me and the community. "Damen and cyber like hash not me" So like, making these assumptions would make me mad right? It would make anyone, that's why they are harsh on him.

And he is a rule breaker, and just because of how he is treated doesn't make him different than how he is punished. A wise person once told me this when I stuck up for him:
