I knew Audrey was trouble , they need proof or witnesses BEFORE banning, if they ban without proof, witnesses, or anything, it's abusing their power.

I had multiple reports, and had seen you being rude to other users myself. I tried to talk to you to see if you had an explanation for what happened, but you didn't seem to want to talk about it. (You replied to what I said with variations of, "okay." And then you kept walking away.

If you want to know why you were banned and not warned or kicked, it's because bullying is an automatic ban.

If you would like to talk about it now, you may Private Message me, and not get everyone involved in the issue.

To ban a user, I do need proof. And I had it. Images aren't the only way to collect proof. I had multiple reports, and my own eyes.

People tend to grasp bans for swearing better than they do for bullying, so let me tell you the exact same story, except, the user who got banned swore.

First thing that would happen, I would get multiple reports of a user swearing. The users that reported the cusser, would have no proof but that others have reported the same user.

I would then go to the user accused of swearing, and find that, the accused was actually swearing.

It's basically the same way with you, except you didn't cuss, you bullied.

If you could talk to me in a PM, this could be better sorted out.

My account iMaggie was banned on oldcp without warning, kick, or even being jailed.

The moderator who banned me was Deenie.

I was accused of being bullying so yeah.. that's the reason I was banned.
