There is a lot of things that effect our lives.
One of them is your own past.

Our past can be very pleasant. Others can be the opposite.
Not everyone's past times are the best. Sometimes, someone's
past can be very tragic, and they don't wanna remember it.

Moving on from your past can be easy. But, for some can be extremely
hard to do so. Even some having to relive it. For example, some people
have post-traumatic syndrome, which is when people relive horrible memories
that are very traumatic. That illness is one reason why people can't move on
yet.

But, you have to move on. If you stay in the past, you will never see your future. You will just be like a picture, frozen in time. Moving on will help you get back on track. If you stay in o e timeframe for too long, then you will never move on. It may be a struggle, but it's better then staying frozen. If you're gonna be like that, you are not gonna see the good things in life.

Just to add to this, life does not hate you.

It doesn't, believe me.
Life can't be all sunshine and rainbows. You're gonna be hurt. You are going to cry. Life will pick you up, and make situations that will challenge you. You are going to be angry. You will be mentally and physically challenged. But at the end if it, it will be better. Everything will change. Life will be bumpy and you will get a few bruises, but it's worth it.

If you think that it does, then that's just negativity. Solution? Forget about it. Negativity will
bring you down. Life is not fair. You gotta work for things you want.

But it doesn't hate you. Trust me.

Your past and your life are important. They are not curses that god or science of WHATEVER created life gave to you. They are important because they reflect you. They are how you live. They are actually really great gifts to have.
