You see, people don't try being respectful to him. He's actually a really nice kid when people are nice to him. We all should be nice to him.

I've talked to him nicely before, and I've NEVER bullied him. I nicely asked him to stop. I used to be his friend. Then, he yelled at me, and I gave him a few chances before.

Give him a chance guys like OldCpHelper said he could be going through rough times which is making him sad I may not have met him yet but if he's not angry and stressed he could be a really good person if we give him another chance.
Then maybe just maybe this will all stop.
