I think i know who killed rover and wrecked the ski loge. It might be (drum-roll) Derrick and BlackHawks(the penguin)!

there is a penguin named BlackHawks and he is the leader of the blackhawks group. so as i said, derrick and blackhawks(the penguin) might have been the ones who killed rover and wrecked the ski loge
