I don't believe ANYTHING you said because first of all

I have seen MANY bad users these days swearing, asking for jail, and hacking

So I don't believe you because if your sister did anything bad then she was put there for a reason

Don't say I'm lying because I know imperial knights put them there for a reason

Hopefully, a staff member can help you and, maybe don't put it on forums you can sort it out with a knight mods might not be able to do it, because the only way to get un-arrested is by getting the person who arrested your sister to un-arrest her. Trust me bro I know some stuff about knights. Good-luck on your problem.
