Now here we go, these two guys are henchmen of Frieza, Dodorias' current power level is over 25,000. Then we have Zarbon, his power level, in his first form, is around 17,000- 20,000, but in his monster form it is around 35,000.

I actually don't really know these characters, But I'd say Dedoria because his/her regular power level is bigger than Zarbon's regular power level.

I think Zarbon would win.He looks more tough than Dedoria.
