-I regret not listening to mom when she asked me to do something
-I regret getting an F on my report card
-I regret not taking the dog out
-I regret doi....
Stop it! You need to focus on positive experiences because one day you're gonna lose it all and sound up all alone without anybody comforting you. You're gonna lose your children, your job, and your happiness one day. Be happy now. Don't wait in the future to do something because time is really precious and someday it will be gone. Don't regret past. Learn from it. Learn something from the negative experiences, and make the best of positive experiences.
