I wanted to make a post today on keeping calm. Okay so I hope you find this helpful!
During anything that you don't feel comfortable about, just keep calm and wait for the better. Even if it is for a small thing like a presentation, stay calm and don't get nervous. You'll finish it soon.
Here is a quote I made up,
"Stay calm during the bad times that feel dark, the good times will come and the sun will shine as long as you stay calm and believe that it will come".

During a presentation, a disaster, or a sad moment, you must always stay calm. It may seem hard to stay calm in a natural disaster, but you must think about the good things, not the bad. If you get all nervous that will not help. You must stay calm to help make things better. During anything that you don't feel comfortable about, just keep calm and wait for the better. Even if it is for a small thing like a presentation, stay calm and don't get nervous. You'll finish it soon.

If this is about the tornado, there was 3 tornados heading my way, second of all this was possibly the biggest storm in 2015 that had rain, lightning, hail, and a tornado, third the tornado destroyed a town, injured a lot of ppl , and killed a person
So I believe I can freak out.

This post sure is helpful and wonderful. Whenever we are in such a situation in which we get stressed, we should try to stay calm, it makes us think straight and do our actions correctly. +1!

once i was 9 it was tornadoing so HARD and i stay calm and hugged my mother
