PlotEdit

Henry Hart is a 13-year-old boy who lives in the town of Swellview. He lands a part-time job as Kid Danger, a sidekick to the superhero Captain Man. Captain Man told Henry not tell anybody about his job, so he has to keep it a secret from his best friends Charlotte and Jasper, his parents, and his younger sister Piper. A shop called "Junk 'N' Stuff" has a secret lair hidden underneath where Captain Man does his work. Captain Man says he won't be around for long and he needs help and soon enough, he will need someone to take his place when he's gone (meaning Henry will take over one day) and he needs help from Henry.

CastEdit

Main charactersEdit

Main characters, from left: Piper, Captain Man, Henry, Charlotte and Jasper (use cursor to identify)

Jace Norman as Henry Hart/Kid Danger, a 13-year-old boy who becomes the sidekick of Captain Man. He's an average kid, with awesome friends and a sweet after school job (as Captain Man's superhero sidekick). Thanks to his skills and super cool gadgets, Kid Danger has no problem helping Captain Man on his missions. He will always be with his friends even if he has to go save the world.[4]

Cooper Barnes as Ray Manchester/Captain Man, a superhero who trains Henry. About 25 years ago, his scientist father Dr. Carl Manchester accidentally pulls a lever on a machine that Ray crashed into when riding his skateboard, causing him to be indestructible, yet can still feel some pain for a short time. Now he is a crime-fighting superhero. He needed a sidekick, so he chooses Henry. Ray is shown to have a crush on Mrs. Hart despite the fact that she is married.[4] In "Dream Busters," it is revealed that Ray has an allergy to peanuts.

Riele Downs as Charlotte, one of Henry's best friends. She is sarcastic, clever and super smart. She is the "sass master" of the bunch, always there to snap everyone back to reality. She and Henry have been best friends for a long time, and therefore she is close enough to him to tell it like it is. She is a big fan of Captain Man. Charlotte figures out Henry's secret and gets a job as Henry and Ray's manager.[4]

Sean Ryan Fox as Jasper Dunlop, one of Henry's best friends. He is full of ideas, but most of them are pretty bad. He is been Henry's best friend since preschool. He is a bucket collector who always embarrasses Charlotte and Henry. He also asks a lot of questions. He is a big fan of Captain Man as well.[4]

Ella Anderson as Piper Hart, Henry's little sister who is a fan of Captain Man. She and Henry are not that close. She claims that she hates her life where she would overreact to various issues. She mostly seems to complain about social media issues like having a video take too long to load and having someone post her photo online without her permission. Piper is also shown to be annoyed with Jasper's antics and seems to have a big rivalry with him.[4]
Recurring charactersEdit
Jeffrey Nicholas Brown as Mr. Hart, Henry and Piper's father.[4]
Kelly Sullivan as Mrs. Hart, Henry and Piper's mother.[4]
Duncan Bravo as Mr. Gooch, the cashier of the "Junk N' Stuff" who works for Captain Man. He would alert Captain Man of any dangers in Swellview. He also has a young nephew named Benjy and a carnivorous plant named Omar.
Michael D. Cohen as Schwoz Schwartz, a worker for Captain Man who handled the equipment in the Man Cave. Captain Man and Schwoz's friendship was strained when Schwoz stole Captain Man's girlfriend. They eventually made up when Henry convinced Captain Man to forgive Schwoz.
Matthew Zhang as Oliver Pook, a strange and quirky boy. He is the best friend of Sydney Birnbaum and share a similar interest in odd clothing.
Joe Kaprielian as Sydney Birnbaum, a boy who shares similar personality traits with his best friend Oliver Pook.
Jill Benjamin as Miss Sharona Shapen, the history teacher at Swellview Junior High.

I truly would't recommend it, it's like all the shows from our early childhood went through a backwards evolution
