So Yeah If I get A mod spot I will always come online because I am always on. Except at 11:00 p.m
I can't even send Damen my application it says You don't have permission to send messages to this player.

They are very busy, and you should never send applications to be a moderator. The penguins that do not not ask have a more likely chance than you when you do this. If you do not ask, and follow rules, and be responsible, and give away, then you could have a chance to earn mod.
