Positivity
Hey guys, lately I have noticed that some people have been feeling a little down, sometimes complaining, or just being mad. I just wanted to make a post that maybe would brighten your day. I know how it feels to just be mad at something, or even sad for maybe no reason.
The feeling
So there's always that feeling when you're sad, sometimes there's a rush of anger. You want to be left alone, but just think about one thing. Would you rather be alone and think of the terrible things in your mind, or share positive thoughts through your mind and perhaps to a friend? Spreading positivity is the best thing to me, it really shows that you're happy, and maybe that could just brighten someones day. Possibly even yours! Think happy thoughts to avoid that feeling, kind of like medicine. That sick feeling of when you're sad, the medicine to take away that pain is positive thoughts.
How to prevent being sad
I have a kind of technique when I'm sad, so what I do is think about all the positive things that have happened to me lately or even that day. I sometimes think of my favorite quotes, maybe a song. Those things calm me, and there's a possibility they could help you. I also know the feeling of when you try to think of these, and you can't even think of one because you're feeling so sad. I totally understand you if you have this. But always try to get a smile on your face, I promise it pays off. Postivity itself helps all the way, you just need to think of it enough. Try telling yourself "life is a great adventure, as long as you keep thinking of it that way." That's my thought of positivity.
Being yourself
Being yourself is a major part in positivity, you know why? Being yourself takes courage, I know. It takes much to show your inner self, but that's okay! You make mistakes, I'm sure. Everyone does. Mistakes are how we learn though. Just smile, be yourself, and prove the people who have doubt in you wrong. You're amazing, I am 100 percent sure. Be yourself, everyone else is taken.
