Matthewvacc is accused of cussing, leaking Penguin Watch identities, leaking sensitive DSGHQ information, conspiring with a criminal gang, recruiting for a criminal gang and espionage. Matthew has been cleared.
These crimes constitute Treason. Freddy (hereby called the accused) was charged with these crimes after the royalty was provided sufficient proof by the Secret Guards of the DSGHQ Order.

His trial will be Monday April 27th at 8pm EST.

If the accused fails to turn up for their trial or does not set a trial date before this Saturday, May 2nd, they will be sentenced to death and demoted. All members of the Secret Guard are invited to attend and testify on the behalf of justice.

The accused will remain in Jail until their trial.

EDIT: Freddy confessed sentenced as follows: Death on "Freddey". Ban on his main forum account. Banned from ever being PW again. Banned from having any rank until July 1st or later (though it is recommended he never hold a rank again).

Oh.. Wow I never knew he did this... I'm shocked.

I never know what to say for trials, I hope he is innocent, good luck to Freddy, and well I hope what he said is false.

I can't believe it. Freddy was a good friend of mine. How could this happen? I hope he turns out to be innocent. Can knights visit the jail and talk to him?

Lol whats funny is that he cussed at me literally in the past so i'm not shocked. Unfortunately i deleted old evidence because I didn't seem to need it because nobody seemed to care about a single individuals protection . But anyway .. I really hope the best for him because he is still young and the generations are become worse and worse . People need to look at oldcp as a safe zone , a place where you can exit society for just a second . Yes i know making this post might/most likely will recieve a lot of negative attitude probably but i wanted to place that out there . This "thug life" title doesn't really make you a "cool" person , Thug life is what society is turning into .
